Terms & Conditions

The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:

Agreement means these Terms and Conditions, together with any Order or Proposal accepted by you on the Platform.

Platform means the NoBSBacklinks website and web application accessible at nobsbacklinks.com and its subdomains.

Buyer means any registered user who places orders for link-building services through the Platform.

Publisher / Blogger means any registered user who lists their website(s) on the Platform and accepts tasks from Buyers.

Task means a guest post placement or link insertion order placed by a Buyer and accepted by a Publisher through the Platform.

Escrow means the mechanism by which payment for a Task is held by NoBSBacklinks on behalf of the Buyer until the Task is completed and approved.

Wallet means the pre-funded account balance held on the Platform on behalf of a registered user.

Confidential Information means all business information, pricing data, publisher site details, client data, and any information disclosed in connection with this Agreement.

Intellectual Property Rights means all copyright, trademarks, patents, registered and unregistered designs, trade secrets, and all other rights resulting from intellectual activity.

Services means the link-building marketplace services provided by NoBSBacklinks, including Task management, escrow handling, index monitoring, and related features.

Force Majeure means any event beyond a party's reasonable control including natural disasters, government action, internet outages, or third-party platform failures.

This Agreement shall be interpreted to give effect to the common intentions of the parties. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean NoBSBacklinks. References to "you" or "your" mean the registered user of the Platform, whether a Buyer or Publisher.

NoBSBacklinks provides a marketplace connecting Buyers seeking backlink placements with Publishers who own and operate qualifying websites. We act as an intermediary and escrow agent — we are not a party to the underlying link-placement agreement between Buyer and Publisher.

Nothing in this Agreement limits our right to provide the Platform and its Services to any other Buyer or Publisher. We are not required to notify you if we onboard competitors or businesses in your niche.

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Platform. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

We reserve the right to modify or update the features and scope of the Platform at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We will:

a) Manually review all Publisher sites before approval using verified third-party metric tools;

b) Hold Buyer funds in escrow until a Task is approved or a dispute is resolved;

c) Monitor link indexation automatically at Day 1, 3, 7, and 14 after Task completion;

d) Investigate and resolve disputes between Buyers and Publishers fairly and in a timely manner;

e) Use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability and security.

As a Buyer, you must:

a) Provide accurate target URLs, anchor text, and article briefs for each Task;

b) Ensure that all URLs and content submitted comply with applicable law and do not infringe third-party rights;

c) Review completed Tasks and provide approval or raise disputes within 7 days of completion notification;

d) Not submit content that is illegal, deceptive, defamatory, or in violation of any third party's rights;

e) Maintain sufficient Wallet balance before placing orders.

As a Publisher, you must:

a) Maintain accurate and up-to-date site metrics and niche information in your listing;

b) Only accept Tasks that are relevant to your site's niche and editorial standards;

c) Publish content within the agreed turnaround period specified in your listing;

d) Not remove or alter placed links for a minimum of 12 months after Task completion;

e) Not artificially inflate site metrics (DA, DR, traffic) using any means;

f) Promptly notify NoBSBacklinks of any material changes to your site's status, traffic, or ownership.

Buyers must pre-fund their Platform Wallet before placing Tasks. Wallet funds are held securely and applied to Task orders at the time of placement. Wallet top-ups are non-refundable except as set out in clause 4.5.

When a Buyer places a Task, the Task price is immediately moved from the Buyer's Wallet into escrow. Funds remain in escrow until:

a) The Buyer approves the completed Task; or

b) 7 days have elapsed since Task completion notification with no Buyer action (auto-approval); or

c) A dispute is resolved in the Publisher's favour.

Publishers receive 80% of the Task price upon escrow release. The remaining 20% is retained by NoBSBacklinks as a platform fee covering escrow management, buyer acquisition, quality review, dispute resolution, and platform maintenance. Payouts are processed within 24 hours of a payout request via PayPal. There is no minimum payout threshold.

Where any amount owing to NoBSBacklinks remains unpaid beyond 30 days from the due date, we reserve the right to charge interest at 2% per month on the outstanding balance, calculated daily from the due date until the balance is cleared.

Buyers:

— If a Publisher rejects your Task, your full escrow amount is returned to your Wallet immediately.

— If a Task is not completed within the agreed turnaround period, you may cancel and receive a full Wallet credit.

— If a dispute is resolved in your favour, the escrowed amount is returned to your Wallet.

— Wallet top-up balances may be refunded within 14 calendar days of the deposit date. After 14 days, unused Wallet balances must be applied toward future Tasks on the Platform.

— Approved and completed Tasks are non-refundable.

Publishers:

— There are no fees to list a site. Publisher earnings already paid out are non-reversible except in cases of proven fraud or Terms violation.

NoBSBacklinks retains all Intellectual Property Rights in the Platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and content. Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of any Platform IP to you.

You retain ownership of any articles or content you submit for publication. By submitting content, you grant NoBSBacklinks and the receiving Publisher a non-exclusive licence to publish, display, and distribute that content as part of the Task. You warrant that submitted content does not infringe any third-party Intellectual Property Rights.

Where a Publisher writes content as part of a Task, ownership of that content transfers to the Buyer upon full payment and Task approval.

Each party agrees to:

a) Hold the other party's Confidential Information in strict confidence;

b) Not use Confidential Information for any purpose other than performing obligations under this Agreement;

c) Not disclose Confidential Information to any third party without prior written consent, except where required by law or court order.

Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that:

a) Is or becomes publicly available other than through breach of this Agreement;

b) Was already known to the receiving party prior to disclosure;

c) Is independently developed by the receiving party without reference to the Confidential Information;

d) Must be disclosed by applicable law or regulatory requirement.

You must not:

a) Use the Platform to place or accept Tasks involving illegal content, adult content, gambling (without prior approval), pharmaceutical products, or any content that violates applicable law;

b) Attempt to circumvent the Platform by conducting transactions with other users outside of NoBSBacklinks;

c) Artificially inflate site metrics using any tool, service, or method;

d) Create multiple accounts to abuse platform credits, referral bonuses, or review systems;

e) Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the Platform without written authorisation;

f) Engage in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform or its infrastructure.

Breach of clause 7.1 may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any Wallet balance, permanent ban from the Platform, and/or legal action. NoBSBacklinks reserves the right to determine what constitutes prohibited conduct at its sole discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NoBSBacklinks' total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to NoBSBacklinks in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

NoBSBacklinks shall not be liable for:

a) Loss of business, revenue, profit, or anticipated savings;

b) Loss of data or corruption of data;

c) Indirect, consequential, or special loss of any kind;

d) Search engine ranking changes, penalties, or deindexation caused by any factor outside our direct control;

e) Actions or omissions of third-party Publishers, Buyers, or service providers;

f) Removal of links by Publishers after the minimum 12-month retention period.

NoBSBacklinks has no control over search engine algorithms, indexation decisions, or ranking outcomes. We do not guarantee any specific ranking improvement, indexation timeframe, or SEO result from any link placement made through the Platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NoBSBacklinks, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, cost, or expense (including legal fees) arising from:

a) Your breach of this Agreement;

b) Inaccurate or misleading information provided by you;

c) Content submitted by you that infringes a third party's rights;

d) Your negligence or wilful misconduct.

If a Buyer is unsatisfied with a completed Task, they may raise a formal dispute within 24 hours of the Task completion notification by submitting a dispute request through the Platform dashboard. Disputes raised after this window may not be eligible for escrow reversal.

Upon receiving a dispute, NoBSBacklinks will:

a) Notify the Publisher within 24 hours;

b) Review all relevant evidence submitted by both parties;

c) Issue a binding resolution within 5 business days.

Resolution decisions are final. NoBSBacklinks acts as a neutral arbitrator and its decision shall not be subject to appeal except in cases of demonstrable procedural error.

Any dispute between you and NoBSBacklinks directly shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation for a period of 14 days. If unresolved, either party may refer the matter to independent mediation. Legal proceedings may be commenced at any time without prejudice to the mediation process.

This Agreement commences when you create a registered account on the Platform and continues until terminated by either party in accordance with this clause.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support at hello@nobsbacklinks.com. Any outstanding Task obligations must be fulfilled or cancelled before account closure. Remaining Wallet balances may be refunded subject to clause 4.5.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if:

a) You breach any material term of this Agreement;

b) We reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or illegal activity on your account;

c) You become insolvent or enter bankruptcy proceedings.

Upon termination, any escrowed funds will be resolved in accordance with the dispute and refund provisions in this Agreement.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Delaware, United States. Each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delaware for resolution of any dispute arising under this Agreement.

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures to perform obligations under this Agreement caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, government action, or third-party platform outages.

Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and NoBSBacklinks. Neither party may represent themselves as an agent of the other.

Failure by NoBSBacklinks to enforce any provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that or any other provision at a later time.

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and NoBSBacklinks regarding your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior written or oral agreements.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
