Cancellation & Refunds

We want every order on NoBSBacklinks to be transparent and risk-free. This policy explains how wallet funds, order cancellations, and refunds work across our marketplace.

Wallet Funds

Funds added to your NoBSBacklinks wallet are held securely and can be used to place any order on the platform. Unused wallet balance can be withdrawn back to your original payment method by contacting support — withdrawal requests are processed within 7 business days.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel an order free of charge at any time before a publisher accepts and begins work on it. Once a publisher has accepted your order and started content preparation or outreach, cancellation may no longer be available, since the publisher has already committed time to the placement.

Escrow Protection

Payment for every order is held in escrow by NoBSBacklinks and is only released to the publisher once the placement has been delivered and verified. If a publisher fails to deliver within the agreed turnaround time, your payment remains protected and is eligible for a full refund to your wallet.

Non-Delivery Refunds

If a publisher does not deliver your placement within the agreed timeframe, you can request a refund directly from your order dashboard. Approved refunds are credited back to your NoBSBacklinks wallet immediately, or to your original payment method upon request.

30-Day Index Guarantee

Every delivered placement is covered by our 30-day index guarantee. If your published link fails to get indexed by Google within 30 days of going live, contact our support team — we will work with the publisher to resolve the indexing issue, or issue a full refund if it cannot be resolved.

Delivered Placements

Once a placement has gone live and has been verified as delivered according to your order requirements, it is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund outside of the 30-day index guarantee above.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or raise a dispute, open a ticket from your dashboard under "My Tickets" or contact us at chris @ nobsbacklinks.com. Our team typically responds within 24–48 hours.
