As a buyer, you agree to provide accurate order details, including target URLs and anchor text, and to comply with each publisher's content guidelines. Orders are fulfilled by independent publishers, and turnaround times may vary by listing.
Publisher Terms
As a publisher, you agree to accurately represent your website's metrics, deliver accepted orders within the agreed turnaround time, and comply with our Publisher Guidelines. Payouts are processed only for orders that have been completed and approved.
Wallet & Payments
Funds added to your NoBSBacklinks wallet are used to place orders on the platform. Payments are processed securely through PayPal, Paddle, or Razorpay. For refund eligibility, see our Cancellation & Refunds Policy.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use NoBSBacklinks to publish illegal, deceptive, or malicious content, manipulate website metrics, engage in fraudulent transactions, or attempt to circumvent our platform to transact directly with another user outside of NoBSBacklinks.
Intellectual Property
The NoBSBacklinks name, logo, and platform design are our property. Content submitted by buyers or published by publishers remains the property of its respective owner, subject to the license needed to fulfill the order.
Disclaimers
NoBSBacklinks provides a marketplace connecting buyers and publishers. We do not guarantee specific SEO rankings or traffic outcomes from any placement. Publisher website metrics are self-reported and periodically reviewed, but not independently guaranteed.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoBSBacklinks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of rankings, traffic, or revenue.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms & Conditions or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior on the platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where NoBSBacklinks operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to Terms
