Introduction

NoBSBacklinks ("we," "our," or "us") operates a marketplace connecting buyers and publishers for link-building services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have regarding your data when you use our platform.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, website details, and payment information when you register as a buyer or publisher. We also automatically collect certain technical information, including IP address, browser type, and usage data, to help us operate and improve the platform.

How We Use Information

We use your information to process orders, manage your wallet balance, facilitate communication between buyers and publishers, prevent fraud, provide customer support, and send important account or order notifications.

Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences (such as your preferred payment method), and understand how the platform is used so we can improve it over time.

Third-Party Services

We work with trusted third-party payment processors, including PayPal, Paddle, and Razorpay, to securely process wallet top-ups and payments. These providers receive only the information necessary to complete your transaction and maintain their own privacy policies governing that data.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with publishers and buyers as necessary to fulfill an order (such as target URL and anchor text), with payment processors to complete transactions, and where required by law.

Data Retention

We retain your account and order information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

Children's Privacy

NoBSBacklinks is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
